Registration starts from
On line registration is preferred. Please go to www.hxcsmg.org and click on “registration. If you prefer to register by paper form, there will be an additional $10 processing fee. If problem occurs during registration on line, please contact registration@hxcsmg.org. School administration team will respond to you in a timely manner.
Please be noted that registration is based on first come first serve base and subject to availability. Classes may be cancelled for insufficient enrollment or due to unavailability of class room. Should any class you registered is cancelled, or for any other reason you can not be admitted, a full refund of your payment will be granted.
Fees:
In general, our classes and tuitions are planned for a whole year. For the convenience of some families, we also provide the option of registering by semester. Table below is the detail fees for school year 2008-2009. Each student is charged to one registration fee, no matter how many classes are registered. No registration fee is required for adult culture classes.

Payment:
After the registration is submitted on line, please print out the
confirmation form from the web page, sign and mail it together with your
payment check, made payable to “
Belle
Payment has to be sent out before July 15, 08 (based by post stamp) to be eligible for the discount.
Withdrawal, Exchange and Refund:
Withdrawal class form (school will provide) need to be filled should you decide to withdraw any class. Tuition is fully refundable if withdrawal is submitted within the first two weeks of school. 50% of your tuition payment is refundable if the withdrawal is submitted in the third week of school. Tuition is non-refundable if withdrawal request is made after third week of school.
No refund for registration fee and book fee.
To exchange any class: An exchange class form (available in school administration office) should be submitted. The exchange is not valid until approved by school administration team. Class transfer request within the same level will not be considered. Each student has one opportunity to request a class change free of charge within the first three weeks of school. Any subsequent request will incur $10 processing fee.
If you decide to withdraw any class when Spring 09 semester starts and you paid full
tuition at the beginning of school year, your refund will be full tuition minus
one semester’s tuition. (For
example: For Chinese class: refund = $300 - $160 =
$140).
Note:
If you do not receive any weekly message from the Principal recently
and you wish to receive the weekly school message from the Principal,
please email a
