Dear Parents,

Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!

In order to open SAT MATH class in our school in Nov, Mr. Harold Ning, a full-time math tutor, will come to our school to give a SAT Math Seminar in room C-105 this Sat, at 2:00pm. Please come to attend the seminar to see if you’re interested to register the class or not.

In addition, please pay attention to the following this week:

1)      Please come to school on time and pay extra attention to the traffic when dropping your child off at the school.

2)      Attached please find the tragic story of Kevin Shen who is fighting with leukemia. Please be the one to save the life by becoming a blood or bone marrow donor. See Kevin's Story, Be the to Save a Life.doc,DonorInformation.doc.

As students of all ages across New Jersey started a new school year after Labor Day, there was one student left behind, not by choice, but by leukemia.  This student is Kevin Shen, a sophomore at Bridgewater-Raritan High School of New Jersey. Last year, cancer robbed him of the chance of entering high school with his peers, and this year it has returned to do the same.

3)      If your child plays piano or other instruments, it is a good family activity to watch the Bravura Philharmonic Orchestra Concert at 7:00pm on 10/4 in Princeton Alliance Church (20 Schalks Crossing, Plainsboro, NJ 08536). Please review the link and flyer.  The tickets ($10) will be sold in Chinese school on Saturday Oct 3. http://www.bravuraphil.org/  http://www.bravuraphil.org/ckconcert.pdf

Best Regards,

Kan Wang,

Principal of HuaXia Chinese School at Montgomery
