2009/2010 News Letter-1

Dear Parents,

Welcome back to the school. This Sat. afternoon (9/12) is the first day of the school. Classes will start at 1:30pm. No culture classes and adult classes are available on the first day. Please come to school on time and pay extra attention to the traffic when you drop your child off.

We have sent admission letters via email to the students who have registered for Chinese Classes and made payments to the school. Please bring the admission letter with you when you come to the school.

The walk-in registration will start at 1:00 pm in the cafeteria. Instructors for new culture classes are there to answer your questions.

If you made the payment but haven’t received the admission letter, Please send an email to registration@hxcsmg.org

In addition, The New Jersey Chinese communities are planning to host a cultural gala in the art center of MHS to display Chinese art in many forms, including singing, dancing, martial arts and traditional instruments, see the attachment for the details.

We are one of the tickets sale points and have 94 tickets. Because there are limited seats available, you need to make your decision and purchase them by the first day of school, 9/12. The ticket price is $10.
