Dear Parents and Teachers,

1. Last week, I notified all teachers who have classes in UMS Gym that the Gym will not available this Saturday. However, I received the latest notice from UMS office that the Gym will not be used by UMS. Please restore your classes as usual.

2. New class announcement: our school teacher and famous vocal solo singer, Mrs. Gu, MingZhen will open vocal performance arts class starts this Saturday 3:30 – 4:20. If you are interested in the class, please make your registration with our administration staff. See attached - VocalPerformanceArtClass.doc for the class description.

3. On March 22, 2009 starting at 2:00pm and ending at 5:00pm, the HX Star will be held at the Montgomery Performance Art Center (MPAC). Children from 12 HX branches will perform on the stage. The HX Star tickets sale starts this Saturday at $5 each. Bring your family and enjoy the show.

4. On April 18, 2009, the debate contest will be held at our school at 3:30pm. This debate is organized by six HuaXia branches, including Montgomery. Students who are in fourth grade and above are qualified to participate. Please register with your teacher or with the Dean Mr. Huang Shijun. More details will follow.

5. Chinese Dictionaries have arrived. Please stop by the office to pick up your order.

6. This Saturday at 2:00 pm at room C104, Mrs. Wang Ying will host a facial consulting/introduction seminar. See attached - facial.doc

7. Please try this family concert if your kid plays violin or piano or any kind instruments. Also it is a very good chance to let kids to learn the Chinese music, the instrument, and the culture.
