Dear Parents and Teachers,

1. After a long pleasant spring break, school will start

on this Saturday 4/5.

2. The nomination deadline for the Principal, PA Chair and

BOT election is due on March 29. Until this point, we

have the following candidates.

Hu ZhiXiang for 2nd term Principal

Zhang YuanZheng for PA chair

Zhang Hong for BOT member

Wei Dong (Donna) for BOT member

All candidates will meet parents right after the BOE

budget meeting in room C104.

3. This Saturday, April 5, 2008 at 1:45pm, the

representatives from the Montgomery Township School Board

will attend a meeting at the room C104 to talk about the

proposed 2008-2009 school budget and answer any questions.

Because it is so important to our Montgomery residents and

others (it may impact to our school rate), please try to

do your best to attend this meeting and make your voice

heard.

4. The HX Star will perform on Sunday, April 20, 2008 at

Montgomery Performance Art Center (inside of Montgomery

High School). Montgomery School District and HXCS are

co-sponsoring this performance. The tickets sale will

start on April 5 with a fee of $5. Because seats are

limited, purchase tickets early to get a good view of the

performance.

5. The HX Track & Field games will be held on Saturday,

May 3, 2008 at West Windsor – Plainsboro High School

North, 90 Grovers Mill Road, Plansboro, NJ 08536. Please

encourage your kids to participate in this fun event. Fill

the attached registration form - HXOlympic2008.pdf and

give it to Mrs. Zhang Hong - joannehcyuen@yahoo.com and PA

staff by April 12, 2008. We need Referees in this T&F

game. Please let us know you are willing to volunteer to

be a referee when you sign up your kids.

6. Our PA is going to host a Talent Show for our kids on

April 26, 2008. This is a chance for kids to perform on

the stage. Don’t miss this annual opportunity. The

registration starts on April 5 with a fee of $5. See
