Dear Parents and Teachers,
1. Important: The HX Track & Field starts at 9:00 am on
Saturday May 3, 2008. However, all referees and athletes
should be there around 8:00 am. Please open the attachment
- HXTF2008_Schedule.doc for details. Also, open this page
http://www.hxcs.org/newspdf/HXTF2008_Programs.pdf to find
the detail program schedule and make sure your kid name is
listed.

90 Grovers Mill Road, Plainsboro, NJ 08536.
Because the HongCheng is unavailable on the day, all our
lunch boxes are ordered from HXHQ, so the Bao Zhi will be
replaced with the rice and one serving of fish, beef, or
chicken.
2. Some parents asked me about the May 4 Sunday
demonstration in NYC and expressed their support to this
event. Here is the detail information. Please open the
attachment - May4Event.doc. If you will participate in it,
please follow the rules and be safe.
3. Last Sunday, our school successfully participated in
the Montgomery Earth Day event. We had two tables with
� drawing for the Earth day (Thanks to students and
teacher Ms. Cui for their contributions)
� CSL Chinese Essays (Thanks to CSL students and
teacher Bonnie Yang).
� Biodegradable knowledge and questionnaires
� Our school information
We have the following parents help setup up the booths
and prepare the materials. They are Zhang Hong, Wang Kan,
Huang Shijun, Dave Lin, Gan XiaoDong,Dong Wei, Liu
Jue-Chen.
4. Many parents have asked questions regarding the China
Visa. In order to better serve our parents, Teacher Liu
provided the Visa rules and form. See attached -
