Dear Parents,

Summer vacation is closing to the end. Our Chinese school 
will open within three weeks on September 8, 2007 starts 
at 1:30pm.

I would like to remind you that if you have not registered 
or have not paid yet, please do it as soon as possible. 
Our web site is www.hxcsmg.org.  Because book orders take 
time, if you register your kid late, I cannot promise your 
kids will have his/her book on the first week. The first 
book order has been ordered and will arrive soon. The late 
registrations will have a negative impact on the class 
arrangement, like split classes, necessity to hire more 
teachers, etc.

I would like to share current registration status with 
you. Currently, we have 308 Chinese class students, 239 
culture class students, and 110 adult class students. I 
would like to bring my appreciation to the parents who 
registered already.

Many parents asked how to know their registration status. 
The most effective way is to check your status via the 
registration system. It is the same way as you did 
registration. Login into your account and check the bottom 
of the page. You should see a payment table. If you paid, 
then you will see your check number and the amount 
received. If you sent your form and check already but you 
don’t see it in your account, please send a mail with your 
name, kids’ name, check number, and check amount to 
registration@hxcsmg.org and cc to me at 
principal@hxcsmg.org.

Also, you can check your kids’ teacher, their class room 
and class session when you click on the Admission link 
under the Action column. Please print and bring this page 
on the first day of school.
