Dear Parents,
Can you believe it? Summer vacation is almost over. Our
Chinese School will have the first class on Sept. 8, 2007
at 1:30pm at Montgomery Upper Middle School (same as last
year). After Labor Day, you should prepare for your kids’
schools.
Last night, some of our administration team, Board, and PA
members spent 3 hours to pack 332 student admission
certificates. They were mailed out this morning to your
homes. The certificates are only sent to families who
completed registration (form signed, mailed, and paid).
However, I believe we still are missing some of you. If
you have not received the mail before Sept. 8th, please
forgive us and print it via online registration system.
First, you login your account. Then click the Admission
link at the end of student’s information line. The
Admission Certificate will be displayed. Please print it
and bring to school on the first day of school. You need
it to enter a classroom.
For those families who have not submitted tuition, please
mail your payment ASAP. Without payment you or your kids
may have difficulty entering a classroom and get your
books.
On the first day, we will have Chinese language classes,
but no culture classes. In the Cafeteria, we will setup
tables for all registration related work. Around 2:30pm,
we will have a parent meeting in the Cafeteria. Our HuaXia
President, Song YongChu will attend our first day
ceremony.
See you soon.
