Dear Parents,
Several things need to be passed to you. Please be patient
to read through this email.
1) Room B101 will be used for PinYin class. Please use
B102 for parents?activities.
2) We need a student volunteer to assist Kindergarten
class from 1:30 to 3:20. If you are interested, please
contact our Dean ?Huang ShiJun for detail. A volunteer
certificate will be issued at the end of school year.
3) Basketball and volleyball clubs members, please contact
Cai Zhenwei for basketball club fee, and Li Zhigang and
Wang Sunny for volleyball club fee.
4) Will have a Taiji club from next week (free of charge
for now). It will be in the 4th session/hour in Fitness
room or hallway.
5) Auditorium and Caf? are rented by Montgomery school
for other activities. Those classes in Caf? and Fitness
room need a temporary re-arrangement. E-mails will be
sent to each class affected for their classrooms of this
Saturday.
6) Students and parents volunteers are welcomed/needed.
7) Many parents still cannot get my emails. The reason is
certain email accounts such as yahoo or hotmail put these
emails into Bulk /Spam folder. The solution is to go to
the Spam preference and mark my email as not spam. OR add
my email address principal@hxcsmg,org to your address book
However, the email is not the only communication tool. Our
school has website www.hxcsmg.org. Every email is stored
in the website before Friday every week. It is the
parents' responsibility to check there.
If you know someone never received my email, please
forward this email to them.
8) Commerce Bank promotion. Thanks to some parents who
have questions about it. Please read attachments and take
your action promptly.

simply call your bank up and inform a representative that
you are a Huaxia Chinese School member and qualify for
Huaxia Chinese School Affinity Program. Or, fill the form
below and mail it to Howard Becker of Commerce Bank.

let the representative know that you are a Huaxia Chinese
School member and qualify for Huaxia Chinese School
