Dear Parents and Teachers,
 
1. Please go out and cast your vote on Tuesday, November 
6, 2007. Don抰 give up your voting privilege and power. 
Every vote counts!
 
2. Most recent Montgomery Township Committee meeting was 
interrupted for 20 minutes when offensive and rude remarks 
were made about Mayor Birge's US citizenship and Chinese 
heritage. Mayor Cecilia Birge will be present with Deputy 
Mayor Louise Wilson and Township Committeeman Brad Fay to 
hold a discussion about the incident. The focus of this 
discussion will be the challenges we face when trying to 
integrate into mainstream America. This will be held at 
2pm in Room B102. We encourage all parents and teenage 
students to attend.
 
3. The HuaXia Art Festival will be held at our school抯 
auditorium on December 1, 2007 at 7:00 PM. This festival 
is co-hosted by our HXCS Headquarter and our school (HXCS 
at Montgomery). Our school will present four (4) pieces of 
performances in addition to two (2) dancing performance 
from HuaXia Art Group lead by Yang Qing. Other schools 
only can present maximum 2 pieces. Because of that, I like 
to encourage all of you and your family to join this show 
to express your support. The number of tickets is limited.
