Christmas and New Year
Party on December 20, 2008.
The Christmas and New Year Holiday approaching and we are preparing a party for
the celebration of the holidays.
The party is consists of three parts. One is the performances on the stage. One is the Kid Zone Games in Cafeteria organized by the PA.
The last part is the Dance Party - Ballroom dancing from 9:30pm - 10:30PM with a DJ. The celebration party will be held on Saturday Dec. 20 at 6:45pm at UMS auditorium and Cafeteria.
Ticket price is $5. Each kid
will get a holiday gift with a kid ticke.
We don not have school on Saturday, November 29, 2008
to observe Thanksgiving
Holiday. The school will resume on December 6, 2008.

The following is a summary of what had happened and has been happening at Huaxia Headquarters (HX HQ):
1. The invoice of 2008-08 student dues has been sent to each branch school. Principals, please mail in the check before November 21, 2008, the due date.
2. 2009 Huaxia Speech Contest will be held on Sunday 2/22/2009. Detailed info has been sent to each branch and is available online at the www.hxcs.org website.
3. An email regarding the publication of 2009 HXCS Yearbook has been sent to branch Principals by Mr. Liu Shaolin, the Chief Editor of the Yearbook. Please help collecting materials and contact him directly if you have questions.
4. 2008 HX Cup Soccer Tournament has been successfully held. The winner of the tournament is HX East Brunswick. The winner of the Spirit Award is HX Lehigh Valley. Congratulations!
5. Weekly publication of HuaXiaYuanDi and XiaoYuShiJie has been going well. All issues can be found online at our www.hxcs.org website. In addition, Huaxia events have been reported by World Journal (e.g. click here) and other newspapers.

7. Attached please find a file containing the sponsorship info for HX Night, HX Star and HX Track & Field Games. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take a look of the info and help identify potential sponsors for Huaxia.
